Corporate pilates classes are a great way to care for your employees wellness and mental health. Focussing on breath work, stretching upper body and strengthening core and lower back, will aid with the common problem of lower back pain and stiffness. This is often caused from sitting at a desk for prolonged periods of time. Classes are held via zoom where participants will only require a mat.
