This pregnancy movement and wellness course is designed to improve your antenatal education. The course is spread over 4 sessions. By the end of it you should be feeling informed about how your body is changing, and how you can move it in a safe way during exercise. Confident with your body and mindset going into your final few weeks of pregnancy and labour. As well as relaxed, stretched and strong. This course works perfectly alone or alongside NCT classes or Hypnobirthing practice. As well as some pilates practice during the sessions you will receive 4 free online anytime pregnancy pilates sessions to do alongside. PLUS a wellness package that contains, a pilates ball, theraband and positive affirmation cards.
