After having my daughter Bohdi in September 2015, I wanted to find a form of exercise to slowly ease my body back into the real world. I trained as a dancer when I was younger, so movement and flow was something I was used to and enjoyed doing to keep fit and mobile. As I grew older turned to weight training and running, which I still enjoyed doing both pre and post pregnancy.
The core strength and stability pilates gave me during my post natal classes encouraged me to not only rebalance and safely rebuild my body, but to start my pilates training and business.
